Rubber gasket behind the VW emblem on the front of the VW T1 Bus up to 07/1967, with OEM number 211 853 611A. The rubber forms the seal between the emblem and the sheet metal and becomes hard and brittle over time. Replacement is common when removing the emblem or when repairing the paint on the front panel.
