Filler neck rubber for the VW T3 Syncro 10/1984–07/1992, OEM number 251 201 939A. The rubber seal sits between the fuel filler pipe and the body panel and prevents water and dirt from running past the filler opening into the cavity. Replacement is needed in case of hardening, cracking or corrosion around the filler neck.
