Switch for the interior light of the VW Beetle 10/1952–01/1954 and Beetle Convertible 10/1952–07/1957 (split window and oval window), with OEM number 113 947 561. The switch is activated by opening the door and controls the ceiling light. After decades of use the contacts wear out, so that the light no longer works or stays on permanently.
