Rubber seal for the T and L handles of the engine lid of the VW Beetle, with OEM numbers 111 823 583 and 111 827 581. The seal sits between the handle base and the panel and prevents water from entering past the mounting. Replacement is needed when the rubber has hardened or cracked.
