Dual-circuit brake master cylinder for the VW Type 3 from 08/1965 to 07/1974, OEM number 311 611 015K. The cylinder operates separate circuits for the front and rear brakes, so that if one circuit fails the other keeps working. Replacement follows in case of leakage past the seals or a sinking brake pedal.
