Empi. Hydraulic handbrake block for the VW T1 Bus, T2 Bus, Beetle and Karmann Ghia. The block is installed in the brake line and, after operating the lever, holds the hydraulic pressure on the brakes so the vehicle stays stationary. Commonly used in Cal-Look and race builds without mechanical handbrake cables.
