This rubber bracket supports the gearbox at the nose of the engine and prevents the gearbox from vibrating during driving. With older material - the rubber tears or loses its shape - resulting in extra noise and poorer shifting. The OEM number 211 599 243B ensures the correct fit on your T2a or T2b. Combine this with new engine mounts for a complete restoration of the engine suspension.
