This rotor for the tall distributor cap (055 905 225B) ensures that the spark goes to the correct spark plug at the right time. It is a standard part that regularly shows wear and therefore needs to be replaced periodically - especially if you notice that the engine starts with more difficulty or runs irregularly. We supply the original TQ version that fits T1 - T2a - T2b - Type 3 - Karmann Ghia and Type 181. Combine this with a new distributor cap and spark plug set for a complete tune-up.
