Das Schloss enthält sowohl den Zündmechanismus als die Lenkradschlossklemme und wird auf der Lenksäule montiert. Austausch ist nötig bei Verschleiß des Schlosszylinders oder wenn der Schlüssel nicht mehr richtig greift.
